Filmed 22-29 July 2024. The film describes a loop-shaped trek in southern Sarek (Sarek national park) that began and ended in Kvikkjokk. Trekking along the Kungsleden to 1 kilometer south of Unna Dáhtá where the path towards Boarek's sami village begins at a clearly marked trail junction. From there on the path towards Boarek along Unna Dáhtá and up the slope north of Stuor Dáhtá to Boarekjávrre. Then past Boarek's sami village to above the tree line, fording across Gasskagårssåjågåsj and along Boarektjåhkkå’s southern slope to Stuor Jierttá. Further through the pass between Boarektjåhkkå and Stuor Jierttá to Gådokvágge 400 meters southwest of the bridge over Gådokjåhkå. Continuation south of Gådokjåhkå to just before the inflow of the stream from Jiegnavágge. From there, good views of Bårddejiegna, Lullihathjårro, Lullihavágge, Gaskastjåhkkå and the mountains around Jiegnavágge. Back to the area around the bridge over Gådokjåhkå where the stream narrows into a ravine with rapids and falls. Then trekking on Ijvvárláhko west of lakes 874 and 879 to a small lake 100 meters upstream of lake 879. From there a day trek was made to Vájggántjåhkkå's north slope via Vájggánbuollda to experience the view of the Rapa Valley from the 1000-meter level. The next day over Ijvvárláhko to Favnoajvve and the Kungsleden which the day after was followed to Kvikkjokk where the trek ended. Video link:    • SAREK – The panorama over the Rapa Va...
