This booty strengthening booty band workout is a perfect choice for you if you only have 15 minutes to spend for the workout and you want to strengthen your glutes! We start off with a 3 min warmup and then do circuits of 4 exercises, 45 sec on and 15 sec off for three rounds in total. You will feel the burn in your booty for sure! If at any point during the workout you feel like you need to ditch the booty band and continue with bodyweight only, you can do so, but make sure to try your best even if it gets challenging!
