The polar seas are the most remote oceans on the planet. 🌐 The northern ocean, the Arctic Ocean, is the Earth’s smallest ocean and is a frozen sea surrounded by three continents. 🌐 The Southern Ocean, the sea surrounding Antarctica, is 20 million km2 of polar ocean that surrounds the world’s southernmost landmass. But what life resides here, and what ecosystem services do the polar seas provide? What about the threats and conservation efforts. Who is responsible for protecting these distant regions? All our videos can be used for educational purposes alongside our illustrated posters. Want to learn EVEN MORE about the chilling world of polar oceans?
