The Kohler Continuous Auto Peeler introduces a new era of automation in peeling equipment. Slice and separate meat log casings from pepperoni and dry salami in the blink of an eye, all while significantly reducing your labor costs. Small needles puncture the casing and inject air to release the casing from the meat product. Next, the meat stick passes over rollers, which grip, tear and remove the casing then advances the meat out of the peeler. The casings are evacuated through the discard chute and deposited into a tank at the bottom for easy waste disposal.
