Many American and European people don't believe this. And let themself expose to polluted air and breath in and out. However the masks in these area may not be enough for everyone. You wear protective clothing (or wetsuit?) for going out. And when come back. You have to sterilize it before take it off. And leave the cloth outside you home. It's easy for people who has a garden or porch. I wrote many twit about wearing mask. But every time there are some people jump out and say mask won't work~. Healthy people no need mask~.
