Im Tech support and Main distribution from Malaysia . This how i inspect each machine that received from FLUX HQ before deliver out to user to avoid some problem . Here some tips on how to calibrate laser beam alignment to get the best result on cutting and engraving ... It is hard to explain through video call as this tunning/calibrate takes time and patient. Futher Frabrication did a video on laser beam alignment and he talk/show very clearly and easily to understand by following his way . Most CO2 machine is almost the same from tunning 3 part of the reflection mirror till nozzle.
