At B2B Online 2025 in Berlin, Go Autonomous delivered its keynote on Autonomous Commerce and the future of B2B revenue execution. The session addresses why B2B commerce remains largely manual despite investments in e-commerce, EDI, and automation. A significant share of revenue still flows through email and unstructured channels, slowing order-to-cash cycles, increasing cost-to-serve, and locking working capital. As part of the keynote, Nilfisk shared its experience adopting Autonomous Commerce. Before implementation, around 70% of orders arrived via email, only 7.5% of revenue was digital, and throughput time exceeded 50 days. After introducing the Autonomous Execution Fabric, Nilfisk increased the share of digital revenue, reduced throughput time by more than 20 days, lowered process variance, and released capacity from manual order handling.
