These relationships contracts or soul ties can be formed biologically, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. Some of these connections are destructive and ungodly, and commonly referred to as soul ties. You may experience physical, psychological, emotional and behavioral symptoms when going through a breakdown. Soul contracts are contracts you entered into consciously or unconsciously, either by choice or unaware for good or evil through vows, pledges, oaths and promises that might bring limitation, illness, trauma or loss. Here are some of the symptoms indicating the NEED TO SEVER THE SOUL TIES 1. You are in a physically, and/or emotionally, and/or spiritually abusive relationship, but you “feel” so attached to them that you refuse to cut off the connection and set boundaries with them. 2. Loss of your identity: When people have been called names like; the loser, slut, idiot, etc, they begin to internalize them. 3. You have left a relationship (maybe long ago), but you think about the other person obsessively (you can’t get them out of your mind). 4. Whenever you do anything – make a decision, have a conversation with someone, etc., you “feel” like this person is with you or watching you. 5. When you have sex with someone else (hopefully your husband or wife), you can hardly keep yourself from visualizing the person you have a soul tie with. 6. You take on the negative traits of the person that your soul is tied to and carry their offenses whether or not you actually agree with them. 7. You defend your right to stay in a relationship with the person that your soul is tied to, even though it is negatively affecting or even destroying the important relationships in your life (husband, wife, kids, leaders, etc.) 8. You have simultaneous experiences and/or “moods” as the person your soul is tied to. This can even include sickness, accidents, addictions, etc. 9. Feeling shamed: Shame is the MOST destructive symptom of ungodly soul ties because it makes you feel like you ARE a MISTAKE. 1 Corinthians 6:15 – Do you not know that the one who joins himself to a prostitute is one body with her? He says, “THE TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH.” My heart’s cry is to liberate the souls of humanity—not only from the suffering and turmoil all the around, but also the toxins and entanglements within. The health of our collective souls determines the health of our societies—our communities, our cities, and our nations. Let us pray: Lord God, I boldly approach your throne of grace, covered in the shed blood of your Son. In Yeshua’s name​, I ask you to cut any, ungodly soul ties between myself and anyone else causing problems or sickening or depressing my life and destiny. Cut all ungodly soul ties created by any relationship, sexual or otherwise, known or unknown, remembered or forgotten. Through the blood of Yeshua, I cut every ungodly soul ties, to be totally free.
