These are popular all over Mexico as a delicious & quick meal, most popularly served during breakfast time! My favorite breakfast place @cafedeollarestaurant serves some amazing molletes! But when I make them here at home, I make sure I have only the very best chorizo from Omar over at @chorizo_jerezano ! If you haven’t tried it yet, please give them a call and place your order! I highly recommend them! Here’s how I made my molletes yesterday! I gave my cousin her very first mollete yesterday, she responded, “12/10! Why haven’t I had this before?!” 😆 enjoy guys! Molletes Ingredients •refried beans with chorizo •bollios, halved lengthwise •Oaxaca cheese or any other melting cheese •Pico de Gallo •avocado Instructions 1. Set a skillet over medium heat & toast the bread on both sides until just slightly golden in color. 2. Spread beans & chorizo mixture over the top. Sprinkle your fave cheese over & pop into your air fryer on the broil setting for 3 min or so. Just until the cheese melts and gets nice & bubbly! Don’t have an air fryer? Pop it in the over, even a countertop one works great! 3.
