Hi everyone! Here's Lucass -- The drummer of Polish band GNIDA and the proud Endorser of Mapex Drums. Today I'd like to make a quick review of this beautifully looking and sounding 6 by 13 brass Black Panther Nomad Snare Drum. It's equipped with the round Sonic Saver Hoops which makes both the tuning and the execution of rimshots way easier. The lubricated tension rods work pretty hard and make it difficult for the head to lose its tension. The Sirocco Burst finish of the Nomad is simply astonishing in mixture of Chrome Hrdware. The cylinder-drive strainer is extremely precise and works really smooth. There's also a butt end adjuster for more accurate wire tensioning. All in all it's a great instrument for all kinds of music both for studio and live applications. Enjoy! The intro song is entitled "Ave Maria" and comes from the upcoming GNIDA's album "AIDS" - check out GNIDA at: www.facebook.com/gnidagrindcore The presentation song is "Day 69" by Polish death metallers Decapitated. I do not own the copyrights for it. It's only been used for personal use as a background track in this video. The entire song has been tracked in 1 take with no cut-ins or edition. In this video I used Mapex Saturn IV kit with Black Panther Nomad Snare Drum, Axis A Longboard Pedals, Sabian Cymbals, Coady Clutch. hail! \m/
