During the 50th anniversary of the Hymeks in preservation celebrations in 2025, a few of the Hymek-hauled services over the weekend were double-headed. This made for an awesome sight on the West Somerset Railway and the locomotives looked incredible snaking their way through the Somerset countryside. Here, the afternoon service hauled by D7017 and D7018 from Minehead makes a short stop at Doniford Halt before continuing on to Bishops Lydeard. Maybach music at its finest!
