In this video I explain how to make the bobble stitch. The abbreviation of bobble stitch is bo. Bobble stitches consist of a number of unfinished double crochet stitches. In this video I show you how to make 3 different sizes of bobble stitches consisting of 3, 4 and 5 unfinished double crochet stitches. You can clearly see the difference in sizes. If you need to make a bobble stitch consisting of more or fewer unfinished double crochet stitches, you simply make the number of double crochets that the pattern describes. Here you'll see the written description of the bobble stitch: Yarn over and insert your hook in the next stitch - yarn over and pull the yarn through the stitch - yarn over and pull the yarn through 2 loops. This is the first unfinished double crochet stitch. Makes as many as the pattern tells you to and then yarn over and pull the yarn through all the loops on your hook. You can always count how many unfinished double crochet stitches you've made by counting the loops on your hook. You always have 1 more loop on your hook than the amount of unfinished double crochet stitches you've made. The more unfinished double crochets you make, the bigger the bobble stitch.
