Gobhi Qeema : Beef mince 1 cup Cabbage shredded 1 cup Oil ¼ cup Onion slices 1 large Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp Tomato chopped 1 cup Yogurt ¼ cup Red chili powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp coriander powder ½ tbsp Crushed cumin 1 tsp Crushed coriander 1 tsp All spice ½ tsp fenugreek dried 1 tsp Green chili big julienne 2-3 Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp Ginger julienne for garnish Method: In a pan heat oil and fry onion. Then add ginger garlic paste and sauté. After this beef mince mix and roast .now all spices mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes .after his add tomatoes and yogurt mix and cook for 5 minutes and leave on dum .when oil come on surface then add water .finally add cauliflower and green chilies mix .then garnish with chopped coriander and ginger and serve . Hazelnut 4 layers sandwich: Ingredients: Bread slices 8 slices Hazelnut spread as required Method: Rolling the bread slice then spread the hazelnut spread .now second slice and third slice place and make sandwich .after this cut the sandwich in to 4 pieces and serve .
