Driving In Algiers - From Gue De Constantine To Les Sources

In this video, I'm driving from Gue de Constantine (in the eastern part of Algiers) to Les Sources (between Kouba and Bir Mourad Rais). I'm showing a shortcut linking Wilaya Highway 13 to the Oued Ouchayah Connecting Road (Pénétrante de Oued Ouchayah) to escape two traffic jams: one, on National Highway 63 (between Gue de Constantine and El Harrach) and the other one on Ben Habiles Road linking Kouba and Ain Naadja. I try to avoid that road as much as I can because it's almost constantly congested. In ideal conditions, it would have been much easier to drive from Gue de Constantine to Les Sources via Kouba, but because of the congestion on Benhabiles Road, this becomes practically impossible.
