A while back the utility company came out and killed all the shrubs, bushes, trees etc. growing along my fence. (Without my permission.) So I decided to use a piece for lure making. I figured the grain structure would be really cool because of the way it had grown all around the chain link fence. I liked how it turned out but whatever type of wood this is turned out to be very hard and dense. Couldn't even put lead in it or the lure would sink. Also I still haven't caught any fish on any of my "video lures" this year. Bass just aren't biting for me. 🤷🏻♂️ Lure available for Sale: https://treysartlures.etsy.com Below is a list of some of the tools and materials I use.
