In today’s video we are working on a 125cc TVS HLX motorcycle, an Indian-made machine that came to us with a very serious problem. The owner decided to weld the sprocket directly to the shaft after the shaft slipped, thinking it was a quick fix. Unfortunately, that small decision caused major damage inside the engine. The welded sprocket removed the natural play designed by engineers, forcing the stress into the engine. As a result, the crankcase covers broke, leading to a full repair job.
