I know that I am extremely late to the party but ever since a kind informative commentor piqued my interest with what he called a “Bronte” glitch, I had to out of curiosity follow the trail down the rabbit hole called Reddit in order to track down a step by step guide posted by H20_Strider located here -   / exploring_new_austin_as_arthur   Give that person a freakin’ thumbs up or whatever is the good thing to do on Reddit to get this particular glitch to the front pages so that everyone can see it and stop all those click-bait people from doing a video of them absolutely failing to get to New Austin as Arthur - you know those people who have 10 minutes of themselves attempting to get deeper into New Austin only to get shot from the invisible sniper. The guide by H20_Strider is an ABSOLUTELY foolproof way of being able to travel through nearly the entire area of that part of the map that is normally locked away for John Marston & the epilogue chapters.
