Quail Egg Roast Recipe: Quail Eggs - 12 nos Water - As Needed Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp Shallots (sliced) - ¼ Cup Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp Coriander Powder - ¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder - ¼ tsp Fennel Powder - ¼ tsp Salt - ¼ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste - ½ tsp Cooking Instructions: 1. Add the quail eggs to a pot of boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes. 2. Cool it down and peel the shells. 3. Heat oil in a pan. Add the shallots and curry leaves and saute until it starts to change colour. 4. Add all the spice powder, salt and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for 2-3 minutes, or until the oil starts to separate from the sides. 5. Add the quail eggs to the pan. Mix well and roast for 3 more minutes. Cooking Tips: 1. This dish is commonly served as a street snack along with ‘Sulaimani’, which is a black tea flavoured with spices. 2. You can also serve this as a side dish for rice or any other food of your choice.
