Dozens of House Democrats rallied around Rep. Al Green, D-Texas, on the floor of the House of Representatives Thursday and sang "We Shall Overcome" after he was officially censured for disrupting President Donald Trump's joint address to Congress. Green was removed from the House chamber on Tuesday night as the lawmaker shouted, "You have no mandate" at the president and refused an order to be seated. House Speaker Mike Johnson then instructed that Green be removed. Green said his protest was in response to threats to cut Medicaid, which many of his constituents rely on.
