Tony Bracco, owner of Bracco Farms has local, fresh produce naturally grown in the heart of Warwick's Black Dirt Region. Also on this episode, two local chefs Bryan Gregg owner of Escape Montclair and Steve Ernst owner of Westtown Fare, show us how they incorporate the farm to table philosophy in their restaurants.
