Beautiful and Rare 1964 Fender Custom Telecaster

Live demo recorded at PREMIER GUITARS in Sydney Soon to be listed for sale at Premier Guitars is this beautiful, very clean, very original 1964 Fender Custom Telecaster. Not to be confused with the "Telecaster Custom" of the 1970s, the "Custom Telecaster" of the late 50s and 60s was equipped with the same pickup and hardware configurations of the standard telecaster, but with upgraded aesthetics - most notably the double binding on the guitar's body. This guitar is exceptional, with a feel, sound and aesthetic that combine to be what many argue to be the perfect telecaster. Custom Telecasters from 1964 are exceedingly rare. At the time of this video being published, we have been unable to locate any other original 1964 Custom Telecasters for sale worldwide. The guitar is plugged directly into a Lazy J J20 amplifier.
