Teaching and assessment of professionalism for our health care students is being increasingly complex as we navigate the expectations of the regulators, the universities, the public and of the students themselves. Students feel professionalism is too often defined by what is 'unprofessional' but struggle to understand why low-level concerns such as attendance may be an issue. This webinar will be presented by an educator with experience of GMC Fitness to Practise hearings, who has researched the understanding of professionalism and will explore some of these challenges.
