Visit my blog: http://hedysplace.com/index.php/blog/ Check out my Facebook Page / nannysitaliankitchenyoutube Recipe: How to Make Asparagi Frittelle (Asparagus Fritters): 1 bunch asparagus ½ cup flour 3 eggs beaten 2 tbsps. chopped parsley 1 tsp. granulated garlic 2/3 cup Pecorino Romano Dash of nutmeg Salt and pepper to taste Oil for frying Snap off ends of asparagus, chop in small pieces and boil in salted water for approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and cool. Put granulated garlic, salt, and pepper in flour and mix well. Add drained and cooled asparagus. Beat three eggs, add cheese, and mix well. Add floured and seasoned asparagus to eggs and mix well. It should be a pasty mixture. In the meantime heat up oil and drop tablespoons of mixture into the oil.
