Managing the god damn servers and preventing DDOS attacks is something blackshot hasn't gotten right since playone asia took over the game. 4 god damn years and they still can't solve something as common as DDOS attacks. If they can't even prevent a DDOS attack, can we even trust them with data protection? Perhaps your password and credit card information has long been compromised, and maybe that's the reason why your account suddenly cannot log in? Server protection is something garena has gotten right for the 6 years they are managing the game, they gotten it right since 2009 for god sake, and now papaya play in 2020 cannot even keep the server up and running 24/7? You must be kidding me. Much bigger games with extremely high capacity servers rarely experience down time but blackshot servers are crashing every half an hour with servers not even quarter full? Stop pretending that you guys are trying. Playable servers are the bare minimum a game service provider should provide. It is no wonder this game is losing players ever more rapidly. Broken promises and subpar management, you all should just close the god damn game if keeping it open is so challenging.
