In the sixth episode of our Cheap vs Expensive series, we dive into the Sekuwa Edition, exploring some of the best spots in Nepal to try this iconic dish across a range of prices. Our journey starts at Lama Sekuwa Corner in Balambu, near Chandragiri Municipality, where we enjoyed a delicious buff sekuwa and pork sekuwa set for just Rs. 150—an incredible value for money. Next, we headed to Town Top Lama Sekuwa Corner in Sinamangal, where the buff sekuwa set cost Rs. 210, and the pork sekuwa set was priced at Rs. 250, offering an affordable meal. For our third destination, we visited Rungmang Kitchen, renowned for their Dhunge Pork Sekuwa with mouthwatering flavors, priced at Rs. 1500 per kg or Rs. 950 for half kg. Finally, we stopped at the first branch of the Bajeko Sekuwa in Sinamangal. Although their mutton sekuwa at Rs. 4000 per kg was unavailable, we tried their flavorful Jhaneko Mutton Sekuwa Set for Rs. 695, a delightful addition to our journey.
