VERY EASY TO FOLLOW AND QUICK TO COOK PORK HUMBA Humba is a Filipino braised pork dish originating from the Visayas Islands of the Philippines. It is a dish similar to Adobo but it’s sweeter. It traditionally uses pork belly marinated and slow-cooked until very tender in soy sauce, vinegar, black peppercorns, garlic, bay leaves and fermented black beans or tausi, pineapple juice and sweetened with brown sugar. It is commonly includes banana blossoms.
