I will show how you can fix the stiff focus ring and the loose lens assembly, but also many other details related to the focus helicoid. And I will also show how to fix the stiff aperture ring. I also made a special tool to unscrew the back retaining ring. REMEMBER to measure and setting small marks BEFORE disassemble the focus system, I made some notes about the measurement focus helicoids and how many turn before the inner and outer helicoids, before they separate.
