Hotel JL No76 Amsterdam Netherlands Room Review. Originally booked on Expedia for around $258 for the Subterrain basement basic room for 3 day non refundable booked over 8 months prior. A few days prior to check in was offered a 30 euros a night upgrade to deluxe room. We somehow went from the worse room to one of the only 2 balcony rooms!! Very nice stay, walking distance to almost everywhere! This is in the museum district , restaurants and very close to public trams. Perfect hotel to book while visiting Amsterdam Netherlands.
