Carboot Pickup - Asus 'P5Q Green' Motherboard - No Post / Reboot Loop Troubleshooting / Fix Attempt

In this video I attempt to find / troubleshoot the problem (and fix it) on a Asus P5Q Green motherboard I purchased that refuses to post, I got this used yesterday from a car boot sale for a few pounds, The board turns on and the fans spin but then it just turns off for a second then turns itself back on again over and over in some kind of reboot / POST loop. There is no video output or display coming out of the board at this point and it makes no beep sounds with error codes. Will I be able to make this board POST, Or did I buy a dead motherboard?..
