Giggles feeds on the laughter and happiness of children and uses it to fuel his Dark powers, unlike his brother, who's powers come from within. He resides in the shadows of walls where he watches you. When he is close you will hear the jingling of his anklets and the haunting sound of his demented giggles. That's when you will know that your fate is sealed. He enjoys toying with his victims and takes great pleasure in making his food squeal in fear, similar to tenderizing meat.
