Dr. Timmermans, ND, practicing out of the greater Phoenix valley in Arizona, talks about “slipping a disc” in relation to back pain. First off, discs don’t ‘slip.’ This is not an accurate portrayal of a patient’s back pain. Nothing slips… discs can bulge or herniate, not slip! In clinical presentations, often times the actual cause of this back pain is nerve related. Commonly, Dr. T treats the superior and middle cluneal nerves and his patients oftentimes see great relief with minimal treatments. Please consider thinking outside the intervertebral disc/ spinal column for your back pain. They are so many effective treatment options that can significantly help! Consider safe, injection treatments before undergoing serious back surgery! Thank you for watching, we appreciate you! -Regenerative Performance Want to OVERCOME chronic pain?
