5 BRUTAL SPANISH INQUISITION TORTURE METHODS!

One of the most brutal periods throughout Medieval times and also the centuries was the Spanish Inquisition. To do this they introduced a number of torture methods that would be used to get someone accused of heresy to confess. Many of these were incredibly barbaric, for example the use of the Rack. The Rack was used in many places, and would result in limbs being ripped from sockets and bones snapping. The Breaking Wheel was also used where a defendant would be strapped to a wheel, before they were battered with clubs and other instruments to break bones.
