Lighthouse Learning Inclusive Innovations 2022 is a pioneering initiative in India developed by the Centre of Well-Being, to advocate and channel young minds to innovate for peers in their academic institutions and empower children with special needs, thereby helping create an inclusive and holistic learning ecosystem. The Inclusive Innovation 2022 awards celebrate and honour these creative ideas and solutions for the development of inclusion and inclusive education for diverse needs that have been initiated by the participating schools from the Lighthouse Learning Group namely EuroSchool, Billabong High International School and Centre Point Schools. The innovations and inclusion classes have been judged by a panel of national-level experts on parameters such as the usefulness of the product, application of the product, originality of the idea, financial viability, communication and resource utilisation. At Lighthouse Learning, we pledge to be innovators in redefining inclusive classroom and education standards and to be a driving force in expanding educational horizons. With a ‘Child First’ ideology at its core, it has set new standards and raised the bar in many aspects, including ensuring the growth of the concept of inclusive education and inclusive innovation, enriching pedagogy and building a nurturing learning environment for children, using technology in enhancing learning engagements, creating employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for women or leading the way in enabling safety protocols for its students at the pre-school and schools.
