These sweet peppers from ALDI are great to grill! I'm doing this on our Big Green Egg but you can do it on any grill!! I love grilling vegetables in the summer instead of roasting them. The secret is to get a great grilling basket. Could not find our exact basket online (it was a gift). This one looks similar https://amzn.to/2J12gWf What is your favorite non-meat item to grill? Directions: Season peppers with olive oil and salt Place in Grilling Basket Put on indirect heat. My Grill was around 350 degrees 8 minutes in, flip peppers and place directly over flames Cook for another 7 minutes for 15 minutes total (check often) **About Me** I’m a 30-something working mom from Minnesota.
