For some people this is something which happens more frequently, for others it seems easier to avoid becoming angry over most things. The issue with experiencing anger is that some people choose to repress this and that can often make it worse in the long run. Bottling up those feelings is something which causes people to lack the ability to properly process their emotions in a healthy and manageable way. Everyone has their own way of processing and dealing with emotions, especially when it comes to anger. Understanding how each time experiences these emotions is an important step towards understanding them better as well. ENFPs often want to hide their anger or rade, not wanting to be someone who is angry towards others. They don’t like feeling like their behavior could hurt someone else, and certainly don’t want to be viewed as an angry person. For the ENFP it feels better to focus on positive emotions, rather than allowing themselves to become weighed down by the negative. They try to avoid becoming angry at others, wanting to keep themselves drawn towards what makes them feel good and happy. This can sometimes enfp personality type cause the ENFP to repress those feelings without meaning to, since for the ENFP it is deeply important to express their emotions. This causes certain feelings of anger to find other means of being expressed.
