Remember our vegan meat crumble ( • Vegan Nachos, Plus 30g Plant Powered Prote... ). We’re back with a variation on that recipe, making protein-packed meatballs this time. Super good, super crunchy, super clean and super good for you. What’s Inside? Japanese tofu: 1 pack Orinji mushrooms: 1 small pack Large onion: 1 Canned beans: 1 can Rolled oats: 2 cups Olive oil: As much as you want Curry paste: As much as you want Black soy sauce: As much as you want Breadcrumbs: 1 pack Chili sauce: As much as you want For the buttermilk Soy milk: 1 cup Apple cider vinegar: 1 teaspoon Flour for frying Ready For This: 1. Slice up the tofu all small, and throw it in the blender. Place the tofu a small plate, or bowl or whatever will hold it. 2. Repeat step 1 with the beans, and the oats. 3. Move the bean / oat mixture to a plate (not the same one as the tofu). 4. Fold your two mixtures in together, adding the curry paste too. 5. Throw in some olive oil, and mix it all together. Use the black soy sauce for color. 6. Make your buttermilk by mixing soy milk, apple cider vinegar, and flour together. Get is all nice and thick and stuff. 7. Ball up the mixture, dip it in buttermilk, roll it in breadcrumbs, fry it up. 6. Repeat.
