Following an intimate beach ceremony beside the gentle waves, with just immediate family present, Sarah & David then re-took their vows in a second moving ceremony in the truly stunning setting of a fabulous villa on the heavenly Greek island of Crete, this time surrounded by all the family & friends who had travelled from Britain, Dubai, Australia & other parts of the world to share in their special day. Combining a relaxing holiday with the wedding celebrations, several family members joined Sarah & David in staying at their luxury villa, enjoying a week of precious family time. In these gorgeous surroundings, and with Sarah’s brother acting as celebrant, the happy couple exchanged their own personal vows in a moving ceremony on the lush lawns of the villa’s grounds with a breathtaking backdrop of the rolling mountains of Chania & the shimmering Cretan sea. The ceremony was followed by a mouthwatering seafood meal & a champagne-themed reception. Staying true to the couple’s love of bubbly, a fabulous champagne tower replaced a traditional wedding cake and a cocktail bar also provided an exciting variety of refreshments for all the guests, who danced into the early hours to the music from a live band.
