Thank you! 🥰 This recipe makes 2 small-ish 5 inch pizzas or 1 large 10 inch pizza I don't have a very big pizza peel (the large spatula to transfer the pizza to the stone) so I made 2 small ones. ✅For the Pizza Dough 200 grams strong bread flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 120 grams warm water 1 teaspoon caster sugar 1 teaspoon instant yeast 1 tablespoon olive oil ✅For the Tomato Sauce: 3 tomatoes, boiled and skin peeled 3-4 cloves of garlic 3-4 black peppercorns 1 teaspoon sugar Salt as needed 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder (paprika or spicy chilli powder) 3-4 basil leaves torn roughly ✅Process for Tomato Sauce: Grind everything except the basil leaves to a smooth puree.
