I’ve had the honour and pleasure of having him in front of my lens on four occasions. My first sitting with William Shatner was back on 12th February 2015. At the time I was travelling to LA and wanted to take the opportunity to include Shatner in my Expressive Portraits exhibition. Most recently I was commissioned by Bill to create a light and bright portrait. The image is to be used for Mr Shatner’s music in an upcoming album. In directing the screen icon, we found ourselves inspired by Kanye West capturing a strong portrait with attitude. I look forward to our next sitting, at 91 Mr Shatner is a formidable presence and iconic musician and actor.
