Fashion Style & Creativity: Simply Handsome at London Fashion Week. Welcome to Simply Handsome the YouTube channel dedicated to fashion, style and creativity for men. In today’s episode, I’ll be showing you the simply handsome men that I had the pleasure of meeting at London Fashion Week, 2015. So without further ado let’s strut our stuff to Somerset House, London. Look one: This good-looking chap’s dress style is a cross between edgy and minimal. He ticks all five of the simply handsome credos; fine grooming, colour coordination, complimentary contrast, suit to body ratio and simplicity. His dress style might look middle of the road, but the price range is of a higher station. Starting with the dark aviator sun shades by Dior, priced at £300.  His dark suede coat, £400 and cotton trouser from All Saints, £90. His coat covers the highly priced sweater from Givenchy, £300. Unable to see the print on the jumper, I’ve added a similarly looking sweater from their website in the description. The black smartly styled trouser rest 2-4 inches above his ankles, which is reminiscent of the ‘Rocker’ subculture of the 60’s with a touch of South Korean minimalism. The black shoes are made by CHURCH, £200, and look similar to classic Dr Martens boots. Look two: This man is right out of 1830’s England, with an “Olivier Twist” look. I would consider the dressing style to be of a vintage/retro persuasion. I forgot to ask William the name of the designer who created his simply but handsome black fitted suit, but he does himself justice, by the way he wore his outfit (no label or price description). Look three: Our tall model is a Parisian visitor, here to enjoy London fashion week. His brown out fit is a demonstration of personal style that screams trendsetter, the three distinct shades of brown compliment his subtle but effect choice of garments. The beautiful brown/orange coat form ‘Medal Play’, £400, drops down to his knees, and reminds me of the mac business coats with shoulder-pads of the 90’s. His brown/ orange coat is layered over a light brown jacket from Benetton, £80; which handsomely compliment the dark wine coloured trousers also by Benetton, £60; which is purposefully placed over his light-brown suede trainers, £50. I would consider this look to be “Tribal/ Haute Couture”, due to the colour range, edginess and price range of his coat. Look four: Modelling for us is super handsome, but causally dressed Charlie. Wearing 80’s retro black rounded shades, black leather biker jacket, on top of a electric blue jumper, white dress shirt with pictures of little blue birds, contrasted by mustard yellow shorts and simple white tennis shoes (no label or price description). Look five: This young man is our second Parisian, dressed from head to toe in black, with a grey jumper. The beanie is by American Apparel, £25. The jacket (£450), and trousers (£170) both by OAK; grey vintage jumper, £10 and white Adidas trainers, £90. I consider his fashion choice as “causal/ urban” even though the price range resembles high end fashion prices. Look six: Leross is in my opinion the best dressed of all the models, wearing a stunningly beautiful light brown coat by Loewe, £4000; that matches his tanned brown boots by Crocket+Jones, £350. His grey suit by Dior, £1500 is complimented by his khaki green hat; colourful scarf by Dries Van Noten, £750 over his unknown black turtle-neck sweater. I would consider his dressing style to be casually sophisticated at the higher-end of fashion.
