If the glass has condensation inside the sealed unit and is too difficult to replace, then you can drill a hole through the exterior glass near the corner to vent the moist air inside the unit to the exterior air to dry out. Hopefully the hole can be drilled where rain is unlikely to pass near the hole or a hood of clear tape could be formed over the hole to keep it dry. After a few weeks to months the condensation should dry up inside the glass unit. I also silicone the bottom exterior of the glass to prevent any rain from getting in underneath the glass unit to help keep it dry as well. I use a 1/8" ceramic tile drill bit to drill through the glass with lighter pressure when it is almost through to avoid shelling the glass or cracking it. Obviously glass is fragile so do not press too hard. If the glass air space is vented to the exterior only then as it gets colder outside, the outside air gets dryer and this dries out the air inside the glass air space so that condensation will be rare.
