(Full video) Getting Better Student Evaluations of Your Teaching

Dr. Don Saucier (University Distinguished Teaching Scholar, Professor of Psychological Sciences, and Faculty Associate Director of the TLC) will be presenting in our TLC Professional Development series this semester on Wednesday November 19th at 12 noon over Zoom with his talk called, “Getting Better Student Evaluations of Your Teaching.” Dr. Saucier will discuss the fundamentals of student evaluations of teaching (i.e., TEVALs at K-State). His discussion will include what TEVALs are (and are not), why we administer them in our classes, how we should and should not use TEVALs in evaluating teachers and making course adjustments, and best practices for how to make TEVALs better and more productive in your courses.
