Time Stamps: 00:00 - Passing "Robbing Uncle Sam" whilst obtaining the EC/EC2 (Exclusive Color and Exclusive Secondary Color) Dark Green Poly Mesa, BP (Bullet Proof) Forklift, and EP (Explosion Proof) Mule 10:40 - Proving the BP Property on the Forklift, EP Property on the Mule, and showing off the EC/EC2 Mesa This Method will work EXACTLY as shown on PS2, Xbox, PC, Mobile, and Definitive Edition since all of these Platforms/Versions allow the Method shown in the Video. Note that the Mesa can spawn with OR without a roof! What you see in the Thumbnail is NOT what you want to obtain, but rather what you see in the actual Video is what you want to obtain; one with a roof. The Secondary Color on this Mesa is the roof and it IS special, just like the Primary Color. If you were to obtain it without the roof, it would be special, but LESS special than one WITH a roof! Just reload until the proper variation spawns! The Forklift and Mule featured in the Mission have Traffic Default Colors and change upon reloading the Mission. None of them are special. I didn't really know what to do with the EP Mule. You could technically say it's an inferior Special Vehicle due to the EP/FP Conversion existing allowing you to get an EP/FP Mule, but I decided to just keep it and show it for the Video. Probably the only "inferior" Special Vehicle to be shown in the entire Guide, I guess. Fun Fact - This Mission also features a Heavy Patriot. Unfortunately, it's unobtainable. The Heavy Property is removed after the Garage closes down on it. The Heavy Property is only retainable by a Garage in GTA Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories!
