Check out V2 here with a sharper knife and more features!    • The Smart, Crust Cutting Robot [V1]   I designed and built a custom robotic chopper which uses a Raspberry Pi plus a custom designed control board to automatically cut the crust off of sandwiches. The bot uses computer vision and some basic object detection algorithms to locate the item and align it with the knife. Also it can cut and dice any other food. Plus it has sound effects. And a flamethrower. Wait no not that last thing.
