Five years ago, I moved to the remote mountains of Mae Hong Son, near the Myanmar border. Life here doesn't move at the pace of the modern world. In this video, we travel to a small, off-grid Catholic settlement where electricity hasn't reached and the old ways of purity still remain. As we wade through the rivers and live off the land, I share how my perspective on time, habits, and "the self" has completely shifted. Inspired by Hermann Hesse’s Siddhartha, I’ve realized that life isn't a straight line—it’s a river. The source and the lake are connected in the same flow, just as our past, present, and future exist in every single moment.
