October 18 (Saturday), 16:00–22:45 Kurenivka Art Space, 4 Parkova Road The Ukrainian Burner community will hold a large-scale Afterburn right in the heart of Kyiv. The event will bring together friends, artists, and musicians from Ukraine and Europe. This year, Ukraine made history at Burning Man 2025: the largest-ever Ukrainian camp, Kurenivka (200 participants!), the very first Ukrainian art car, The Blue Bull, and grand art installations — Black Cloud, Merman, and Point of Unity. Ukrainians didn’t just come to the desert — we created our own world there, filled with music, art, and community. Now, it’s time to share this experience at home. Afterburn Kyiv 2025 is the first major event of the Ukrainian Burner community since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Simultaneously, the event will take place in Los Angeles — uniting those here and abroad. But this isn’t only a Ukrainian story. Friends from Lithuania, Estonia, and Finland are coming to Kyiv to remind us: in tough times, the community’s light must shine brighter. They’re bringing not only support and hugs — but a real treasure: the legendary Lithuanian art car, Reanimacija (Animacija). For years, this vehicle has brought Burners to the festival, created magic at Decompression and Amber Burn, and became a symbol of the Baltic community. Now, it’s time to pass it on — after the event, Reanimacija will become a medical evacuation vehicle and go on to save lives at the front. This is not just a party. It’s a gathering of a community that survived the desert and continues to create against all odds. It’s networking, inspiration, and an opportunity to join something greater. Come to hear stories that don’t reach the media. To witness how art projects are born. To feel the music that played in Black Rock City. And to meet people who prove: creativity is resistance, and community is power.
