Phil Kim will dedicate his talk to those who feel like they’ve failed time and time again, and feel like giving up.  With everyone always striving to win at all costs, he will focus on why failure is a key ingredient to your success story. Dr. Philip Kim is an educator, speaker and consultant. Raised by first generation Korean immigrants, Phil has worked at all of his parents’ businesses including convenience stores and gas stations to diners and food trucks. As a high school dropout turned college professor, he understands the value of hard work and second chances. His passion is to use his knowledge and experience as a way to help bridge the gap between millennials and the organizations that hire them.
