Using gentle, skin-deep strokes, we're going to work from your head & neck to the back, chest, arms, and legs, to assist the lymphatic system with draining and recirculating. While based on the Vodder technique, I'm not trained in MLD and since this is an ASMR roleplay, some of it does get adapted for ASMR.
