Before playing in North America server in January 2016, I played in China server from 2013-2015 and ping wasn't an issue, skills respond well and combat was smooth. This isn't the case at 200ms, you need to click skills multiple times for it to register and delays are everywhere even with ‪@ExitLagOfficial‬. BnS is a ping dependent game where a low ping player will always outdps a high ping player keeping all other factors the same.
