SixToSix was born from an idea of ​​Interzona, an association that from 1992 to 2016 promoted independent cultural activities inside the former Magazzini Generali in ZAI in Verona, giving a new dimension to an initially decadent and abandoned area. Even after 2016, the year in which Interzona had to abandon its historic headquarters, up to today, the Association, despite not having a headquarters, has continued to promote cultural initiatives in the area by collaborating with local organizations. The culminating event of the project is the SixToSix Festival designed to experience the ZAI in an alternative way over the course of twelve hours through a series of artistic interventions, installations, performances, screenings and concerts. Through a route made of slow movements that sequentially connect the locations of the events by bicycle, you have the opportunity to get to know and explore a fascinating area of ​​the city that is strongly linked to its productive past, but also to imagine its future development, reusing and creatively inhabiting some spaces, even if for a few hours.
